We sell dental retainer-related products including liquid retainer cleaners, retainer brushes, retainer cases, retainer removal tools, and retainer chewies.

Certain products are Class I medical devices registered with the UK MHRA.
Our products are intended for general cleaning, handling, or maintenance of dental retainers only and do not replace professional dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Product Limitations

  • Compatibility may vary depending on retainer material, age, and condition

  • Products must be used strictly in accordance with provided instructions

  • Products are not intended for damaged or excessively worn appliances

4. Proper Use, Retainer Condition & Misuse

4.1 Inspection Requirement

You are responsible for inspecting your retainer before each use.
Do not use our products on retainers showing signs of:

  • Whitening, cloudiness, or discolouration

  • Thinning areas or sharp edges

  • Cracks, holes, warping, or rough or brittle texture

4.2 Retainer Age & Wear

Retainers are subject to normal wear and material degradation over time.
Many clear plastic retainers may begin to show signs of wear after approximately 6 months of regular use, though this varies.

Older or worn retainers may be more susceptible to damage from prolonged soaking or aggressive cleaning.

4.3 Misuse

Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

  • Exceeding recommended soaking times

  • Soaking overnight or leaving unattended

  • Aggressive or abrasive brushing

  • Use on worn, weakened, or damaged retainers

Damage caused by misuse does not constitute a faulty product.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payment through secure third-party payment providers.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Faulty Goods

If a product is faulty, you are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Retainer age or degradation

  • Failure to inspect

  • Improper use or misuse

does not constitute a faulty product.

We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect and process personal data such as names, contact details, delivery addresses, order information, IP addresses, and cookies for purposes including:

  • Delivery via Royal Mail

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
