Our chewies are made from food grade silicone.

Their main function is to seat your aligner trays and teeth closely to achieve preset orthodontic.

The product is designed into three shapes according to different functions:

  • Triangular prism-shaped - to seat the anterior teeth and premolar teeth through wedged force. It can also be used to open teeth gaps

  • cylinder-shaped - mainly used to seat aligners in the molar zone where the bite force is greater. It can also be used to excercise bite muscles.

  • cylindroid-shaped - used to seat the aligner in the posterior teeth zone.

  • Aligner seaters are consumables. When losing elasticity or show signs of breaking, they should be replaced.

  • Clean using water and store in your braces box after use, beware of loss or contamination.

  • They are 134°C autoclavable and can be exposed to the sun to sterilize.

  • It is forbidden to use when the product is damaged or deformed or its inner package is damaged.

  • Disinfectant may damage the product material.

  • Please follow the dentists’ advice for clinical use.

Storage and maintenance:

  • The product is reusable and should be cleaned, dried and sterilised after use.

  • This product should be stored in clean, dry, ventilated room with relative humidity not more than 80%, non-corrosive gas.

  • Avoid heavy pressure deformation during storage.
