Care & Hygiene Instructions

This case is designed to be leakproof and should remain securely closed during use to prevent leaks and evaporation.

To maintain hygiene and ensure safe use, please follow the care instructions below.

Recommended Use

• Use a 10% solution (10% cleaner to 90% water)

• Ensure the retainer is fully submerged

• Close the lid securely during use

• For best hygiene, replace the solution every 2–3 days

Under ideal conditions and with regular cleaning, the solution may be reused for up to 6 days.

Cleaning the Case

• Empty and rinse the case regularly

• Wash the case with warm soapy water every 2–3 days

• Rinse thoroughly

• Allow the case to air-dry completely before refilling

• When not in use, store the case open to allow airflow

Regular cleaning prevents residue build-up and helps maintain a hygienic storage environment.

Weekly Deep Cleaning

• Wash the case thoroughly with warm soapy water

• Pay attention to the lid and seal area

• Rinse well and allow to dry completely before reuse

Extended Use (Optional Best Practice)

If reusing the solution for longer than 2–3 days:

• Transfer the solution to a clean temporary container

• Wash the case with warm soapy water

• Allow the case to dry completely

• Refill once fully dry

Important

• Do not attempt to remove the silicone seal

• If visible mould develops and cannot be fully cleaned, discontinue use and replace the case

• Do not use the case if persistent odour or staining remains after cleaning

• Failure to follow care and cleaning instructions may reduce hygiene performance

Optional Tip

For added convenience and hygiene, some users choose to rotate between two cases. This allows one case to be cleaned and fully dried while the other is in use.
